2014 TRIALS and PRE-SEASON FITNESS SESSIONS

Saturday Feb 15th:
Sen 2&3 men - 1.45-3pm (Harbour 1)
Sen 2&3 women - 1.45-3pm (Miller 3)
Sen 1 men - 2.45-4pm (Harbour 1)
Sen 1 women - 2.45-4pm (Miller 3)
Prem/prem res men - 3.45-5pm (Harbour 1)
Prem/prem res women - 3.45-5pm (Miller 3)

Sunday Feb 23rd:
Sen 2&3 men - 12.45-2pm (Miller 3)
Sen 2&3 women - 12.45-2pm (Harbour 1)
Sen 1 men - 1.45-3pm (Miller 3)
Sen 1 women - 1.45-3pm (Harbour 1)
Prem/prem res men - 2.45-4pm (Miller 3)
Prem/prem res women - 2.45-4pm (Harbour 1)

Please bring both a light and a dark coloured top and remember your water and sunblock.

PRE-SEASON FITNESS SESSIONS

Training tonight (21/01/14) is CANCELLED. Very windy here and too wet to do mostly ground work. See you all next tues though!

NSU will be running free 1hr general fitness and conditioning sessions every Tuesday evening 6.15-7.15pm from Jan 21st-March 18th (1st competition game is March 22nd).
The sessions cater for every fitness level and exercises can be adjusted to cater for most injuries.
Please bring water and there will be some ground work so you may want to bring a towel.
