Launched for the 2025 Winter Season,

Next Stage Up is the new player development program for NSU members.

What is it?

An organised system to allow equal access to development opportunities for all players who want to play higher grades in future seasons.

What are the opportunities?

Personal Development Plan
Potentially a second training with a higher team
Potentially game time with a higher team

and ultimately expressing an interest to the club that you want to play in a higher grade.

No Surprises

Its ambition is to help you know where you're at and what you need to do, to get to the higher grade. We cannot promise we can make it happen for every player come trials. But it should make the pathway clearer and get you more opportunities to get there.

Committment

Its a 2 way commitment between the club and the player. By writing down your goals, we know what you are after in the future, but it will also allow you to focus on what you need to do, to get there.
